Deemed “an early predictor of next great Chicago tech companies”, the 15th annual ITA CityLIGHTS Awards celebrate the best and brightest in Chicago technology.  Created by the Illinois Technology Association (ITA) to promote the continued technology success and achievement of local companies, the event has become the largest gathering of tech executives in the state.  Joining these execs is a panel of accomplished award judges who represent major organizations such as Fieldglass, Google, HERE, Orbitz and World Business Chicago, amongst others.  INOC has been recognized among leading organizations including Allstate Insurance and Orbitz as a finalist in the Outstanding Technology Development Award category for its NOC Console.

INOC’s internal NOC Console supports the operational framework and quality of its NOC services.  It excels in substantially
reducing operational expenses and downtime, while enabling rapid resolution to incidents, increased job satisfaction of customer network and IT support staff and, ultimately, improved service quality and end-user experience for INOC customers.  The platform accomplishes these benefits by efficiently and quickly detecting infrastructure and service failures, processing event data, registering and prioritizing trouble tickets, monitoring event resolution status, issuing notifications, managing escalations and communicating between NOC engineers, customers and suppliers.  INOC’s NOC Console also provides the company with network and IT infrastructure information such as usage and performance trends, errors, device configurations and various other data.  Designed for high flexibility and scale in mind, the platform can seamlessly manage tens of thousands of network elements without the need for modifications to the underlying architecture.

According to INOC CEO Prasad Ravi, the company is honored that the judges of the 15th annual ITA CityLIGHTS Awards have chosen them to be recognized for the Outstanding Tech Development Award. For INOC, it is concrete evidence that the work they have done to deliver NOC monitoring, reporting and support services has been recognized both by their colleagues as well as the technology community as a whole.

The winners for the eight pre-approved categories will be announced Thursday, September 18 at Morgan Manufacturing in Chicago.  The event is set to draw more than 600 people representing 400 different organizations whose backgrounds range from business owners and investors, to legislators and policymakers.

Do not miss out on your opportunity to contribute to this year’s awards by voting for INOC at  With an equal 50/50 contribution from judges and community voting, every vote counts!
