Customer Service Associate (Service Desk Associate)
This position acts as the first point of contact for INOC clients, service providers, external vendors and employees when a support issue or help request occurs. The person in this position is required to work in a team environment, under limited supervision and reports to the NOC Manager. Due to the nature of INOC’s 24x7 support business, the Service Desk Associate must be present in the Network Operations Center (NOC) at all times during the work shift. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, basic knowledge of computer network hardware and telecommunication circuits, computer skills (well versed in Microsoft office products, e-mail, etc.) and software operation. Skills necessary for this position are excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills. Due to the high volume, demanding environment, multitasking and flexibility is paramount.
