Customer Service Engineer (Service Desk Engineer)

This position performs as the first point of escalation for IT infrastructure issues that involve INOC clients, service providers, internal support and external vendors. The position provides organized triage, communication, information, and resolutions to customers who have issues with their IT infrastructure. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of customer support and IT infrastructure support experience in computer networking, security or systems. Skills necessary for this position are excellent customer service and communication, ability to multitask in a busy and demanding environment, good troubleshooting and basic knowledge of network hardware, TCP/IP, routing, switching, network security and telecommunication circuits.
