Sales Engineer

This position is responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical activities in support of the Sales team in North America. This person reports to the VP of Sales, North America, and works closely with Sales, NOC Operations, Advanced Engineering and Development teams. Position requires significant travel in North America. Qualifications include excellent working knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), Trouble Ticketing systems; Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Wireless, QoS, Operating Systems, Applications in Enterprise & Carrier environments; Good understanding of FCAPS, ITIL; 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer; Excellent communication, presentation, listening and writing skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; Bachelor’s degree in related field.
