Prasad Ravi

Prasad Ravi

Prasad Ravi, Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 15 years of networking and IT experience to INOC. Before co-founding INOC, he was the Director of Enterprise Network Services at Rush University Medical Center, where he was responsible for enterprise wide infrastructure and systems. He built one of the first large-scale ATM networks and streamlined the delivery of applications across the enterprise. Prior to Rush, he worked on the application of computational science methods to problems in engineering at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Prasad holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Prasad Rao

Prasad Rao

Prasad Rao, President and Chief Operations Officer, brings 20 years of experience in operations, finance and business development. He has a successful track record of devising and implementing initiatives for productivity improvement, business expansion and cost containment. Previously as Director of Engineering at RC Machine, Prasad directed a group of engineers designing production machines for the automotive industry. Prasad was also co-founder and chief executive of Vidhata Plastics, a pioneering manufacturer of polyurethane shoe soles with a diverse multi-national customer base including Ecco, Adidas and Bata. He was instrumental in building the sales and operations of the company through product innovation, structured quality control and process control methodologies. Prasad holds a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Rick Smith

Rick Smith

Rick Smith, Vice President of Engineering & Services, has been in the network services field providing project management and consulting services for over 20 years. Rick holds an associate degree in Electronics from the Wisconsin School of Electronics.

William Jensen

William Jensen

William Jensen, Technology Advisor, has over 25 years of experience in network engineering and worked with Interop networks around the world. He is currently on the board of InteropNet Labs and also helps orchestrate private and public MPLS technology testing events with the MPLS Forum, University of New Hampshire, and Isocore. Bill holds a joint appointment with the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Art Meierdirk

Art Meierdirk

Art Meierdirk, Senior Director of Business Services, has more than 35 years of telecommunications and data communications experience. Throughout his career at AT&T and Tellabs, he held various roles in product, program and outside plant management and was involved in the sale and deployment of voice and data services for service providers and enterprise business networks world-wide. He has actively supported industry groups including participation with Bellcore, the Stentor Alliance, the RBOCs, SCTE and various standard-writing organizations. Art is a graduate of Northern Illinois University’s School of Business.
