INOC Migrates Backup NOC Facility to New Location
KENOSHA, Wisconsin, Apr. 15, 2006 - INOC, a provider of NOC services to Enterprises and Carriers, announced that it completed the migration of its Backup NOC facility to Kenosha, WI. The Backup NOC was previously housed at the Northbrook, IL office location. All monitoring and infrastructure support systems, including, servers, telecommunication circuits, telephone lines, and Internet connectivity are redundant between the Primary NOC facility in Madison and the Backup NOC facility.
The new location provides comprehensive business continuity features including:
- Fiber optic network connectivity from diverse building entrances via diverse carriers to diverse central offices
- Two separate power grids
- UPS systems and backup generators
- Multiple levels of physical security
The new Backup NOC facility provides customers of iNOC with powerful business continuity features, allowing them to achieve the best IT service levels possible.
