Practical Information on Support Services for Cable Business Customers Presented at NCTA

ATLANTA, Georgia, Apr. 9-12, 2006 - INOC, a provider of NOC services to Cable companies, presented practical information on supporting Cable Business customers at the Cable industry's annual event, NCTA's 55th Annual Convention and International Exposition, April 9-11, 2006, in Atlanta, Georgia. iNOC was part of the CTAM BizNet pavilion.

iNOC discussed ways to provide high-quality support for Cable Business customers, including:

During the NCTA "Cable's Business Services: Time to Unleash a Gusher" session, moderated by CTAM's Char Beales, these same customer network support services were identified as key revenue opportunities for 2006 and beyond.
