Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, people around the world are depending on real-time communications and consistent network connectivity. We know you rely on us to provide responsive support and we take this responsibility seriously.

Here are INOC’s key priorities during this time:

  • Providing uninterrupted support: We remain fully focused on providing you with high-quality and thoughtful technical support and solutions so you can focus on your business, employees and their families.
  • Ensuring safety: All INOC staff are working from home to ensure the health of our employees, their families and the public. We continue to monitor developments on the outbreak and are taking steps consistent with the guidelines recommended by the WHO, CDC, and local governments to protect our employees.
  • Working effectively: We have taken action to ensure the stability of our critical business processes and technologies in order to continue to provide first-rate NOC services to you. Our infrastructure, platforms, and services continue to perform well, supporting the shift of people working from home. INOC continues to successfully operate all services while keeping our staff safe.
  • Continuing to innovate: We will press on with designing bold and innovative technical and support solutions to help in this current crisis and in the future.

We will continue to work closely with our staff, partners, clients and suppliers to support their needs as this situation evolves. In the meantime, please reach out to us to let us know what we can do to better support your business during this trying time. We are ready and willing to help.
