INOC Appoints Brian Parker to Lead New Optical Network Services Division

New Division Setup to Meet the Growing Enterprise and Carrier Demand for Optical Network Design, Build and Maintenance Solutions

NORTHBROOK, IL, January 19, 2015 INOC, a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and global provider of outsourced optical and other infrastructure monitoring, reporting and support services, today announces the strategic addition of industry veteran Brian Parker to its executive team as Director of Optical Network Services. Brian is spearheading the Company’s new Optical Network Services (ONS) Division, set up to support the design, build and maintenance needs of enterprise and carrier optical networking customers.

Brian returns to INOC with more than 20 years of experience in the optical networking industry. As Director of Optical Network Services at INOC, he will leverage his extensive experience in data and voice communications technologies to design customized network solutions for INOC's enterprise and carrier customers. Throughout his career, Brian has designed, installed and managed long-haul and metro area fiber systems, municipal networks, cable operator and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier / Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC / ILEC) telecom network solutions. He also has experience managing fiber-based service delivery for cable and telecom systems, overseeing all aspects of design, technology support and operations.
