INOC to Exhibit at the 2012 Ethernet Expo Event in NYC

October 25, 2012

Computer networking technologies like Ethernet, specifically high-performance or Carrier Ethernet, make global connectivity amongst business partners, clients, colleagues, friends and loved ones possible – and virtually seamless. For this reason, Ethernet, a physical and data linklayer technology long used for local area networks (LANs)[1] – and now a standard for carrier transport – is considered one of the most    important and widely deployed communications technologies of today.

Light Reading’s Ethernet Expo Americas is one event that celebrates this technology. 2012 marks the 13th year of Light Reading’s annual Ethernet event, bringing together some of the industry’s key service providers, suppliers and analysts to explore the latest and greatest Ethernet services and applications of today – and tomorrow. This networking conference and exhibition, taking place in New York City November 6-8 at the Hilton New York, also features informative presentations and keynotes from prominent Ethernet experts, as well as engaging panel discussions focusing on next-generation technologies and trends affecting today’s Ethernet market.

Prasad Ravi, CEO, and Hal Baylor, Business Development Manager, of INOC, a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and global provider of NOC monitoring, reporting and support services, will be attending and exhibiting at Ethernet Expo. The company, based in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois, is continually building on its solid, 13-year foundation of expertise in the areas of monitoring and managing carrier networks.

INOC’s services are widely used throughout the Ethernet community, improving overall network performance and offering organizations added network reliability, confidence and unprecedented customer service. INOC’s team of experienced support professionals also helps Carrier Ethernet users benchmark network performance to effectively accelerate the resolution of network failures – resulting in an improved bottom line.

INOC’s primary NOC is located in Madison, Wisconsin; recently doubled in size to support the growth of both new and existing clients, this NOC effectively prevents network downtime, mitigates and manages risks affecting network performance, increases the productivity of Engineering departments and enhances the quality of service (QoS) for its customers. In addition to its Madison NOC, the company also maintains a disaster recovery NOC near Chicago.
